This extremely detailed “SkinFace” mask comes complete with REAL hand laid facial hair and REAL leather stitching! Time and effort was put into making this piece extremely accurate with no detail left out! “SkinFace” has been painted with multiple layers of colour to produce a realistic rotting flesh look and contains leather straps which allow the mask to be easily adjusted as needed.
